This was my third solo performance at Zig's and this evening also featured the release of my 17th album, Waiting For The Wolves. A handful of songs from that album appear in this set, which is also heavy on songs from my then-recent albums, The Crown & The Last Of The Hyenas, as well as a few from the next album that came out (Storm Free) and even a smattering of "classics".

Despite the fact that the venue was laid out very wrongly, and the owner was a total asshat, those Zig's shows were always a blast and, because the venue spared little expense with the actual setup, it always sounded really good and it was a very comfortable stage to play on. It's a bummer that the place could never live up to its potential and it almost humors me to know that it is now a Chipotle.
